Is it poossible to check if a file is writeprotected and then change this file atribute so the file is not writeprotected anymore?

I try to use the actgion ping host but it doesnt matter what i do i get the error
error occured: Socket error # 10013 access denied
it works fine when i do it as an admin but it doesnt work as a normal user. The user can ping manually in the cmd.exe. any idea why this error occor?

Is there a way to update systemtry in RT? When i kill a process many times in a row their icons in the system try stay there anyway. is this solvable in RT

is it possible to have that pop up without buttom. I only want the users to get a message but i dont want them to choose yes or no or cancel. otherwise it seem to work good...

I try to make a task where the task start with ping a host. if the host is unreachable i would like RT to pop up an message about this for lets say 2 minutes. then i want it to take it away and continue the task. but i cant make it work since the user must click OK buttom before it contiues.
