Some web pages and some windows apps either block pasting from the clipboard using [Ctrl] + V. I need a way to type the text from the clipboard

Try Send Keystrokes with expression {ClipBoardContent}
Also you can put clipboard content into your own variable: Get Text from Clipboard

Another way:
Use Web automation actions
Look at Web Automation Send keys
