Hello Oleg,
I am trying to install and run Robotask as a service.

On the current virtual server it seemed to work: The service ran, the Robotask application connected to the service.
But the next day the situation was different: without me changing anything, the Robotask application could no longer connect to the service ("Can't connect to host."). The service itself cannot be stopped unless Robotask is stopped via Task Manager. The situation did not change even after uninstalling and reinstalling Robotask.

Server OS is MS-Windows Server 2019 Standard.
Robotask version: 9.1.0.1079 64bit.

What could I do now?

Open RoboTask service manager (menu Remote -> RoboTask Service Manager)
press "Service configuration" button

What string do you see in "Path to executable" field?

The value is:
"C:\Program Files\RoboTask\RTServiceGuard.exe"

Check the "Network server parameters" tab in RoboTask service manager
Maybe the server is not started for some reason
Also check the log file of RoboTask service:
C:\ProgramData\RoboTask\Logs\RoboTask.log

Maybe it have some error messages or warnings since last start

I tested latest version of RoboTask on our test machine under Windows 2019. It works properly.
