Cannot Edit Remote Connection Tasks

Trying to recreate our tasks on a new machine and cannot edit the tasks for some reason. When I click edit, nothing happens. Tested this on a Windows Server 2008 machine and it works fine. Thought it could have been a setup mistake from all the trial and error I've done. Completely removed all of RoboTask and settings and reinstalled. Same issues.
New machine: Windows 10 Pro version 1903
RoboTask version: 7.6.2.988 (currently using the trial)
What I've done:
Installed and started service with default settings.
Created remote connection: localhost, port 5501, credentials are correct.
Tried making new tasks in new directories.
Tasks load as expected but when I click edit, nothing happens. I need the tasks to run under the service so we don't have issues after a restart/log off.
