Accent display problem

Thought i had posted my question but I don't see it, so I think it didn't go through. Sorry for the double post if it has.

A send email task that has been used for many years now has display problem with french accented characters

The words

ont été créés

display as

ont �t� cr��s.

I have tried using the TXT UTF-8 function without success.

Can you help me please ?
