At my old job, I used a software package called WinAutomation (purchased by Microsoft rebranded as Power Automate)

Also when I opt to open a log file in my text editor it always has prompts me for a text editor's name, just use windows default .txt editor and open it or if you want you could set this up in RoboTask's settings. Either way it would save us a step by replying to our choice for a text editor.
