+ New action "Excel remove Row/Column"
+ New action "Date-Time functions".

+ Added {TextFileAutoEncoding(<file_name>)} variable that tries to determine the encoding if BOM is not present
+ Log dialog action - added menu items to select each log window.
+ The "System Information" section was supplemented with information about RoboTask parameters
