RoboTask SMTP email to O365

Hello,

We recently switched our emails from a on prem SMTP server to go directly to O365 via "smtp.office365.com" on port 587. For the most part it has been working great but there have been two issues. The biggest issue are the few times the task gets stuck on the email step and then never throws an error. for example, today we had a task that moves files but hadn't run in 3 days because the task was still running from the 28th. Do you have any recommendations on what we can do to prevent this, or is there a timeout that can be added? The other error happening with the email step is occoasionally it will fail with the error "SSL negotiation failed". Once I see that it failed I will re-run the task immediately and the step will be successful. Is there something on our end that could be the cause for that?
