How do you organize larger RoboTask projects?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been using RoboTask for different automation tasks, and I’m curious how other users organize larger projects.
When a task starts with just a few actions, it is easy to keep everything in one place. But as more conditions, variables, file operations, and error handling are added, the task can become difficult to maintain.
I’m wondering what approach experienced RoboTask users prefer. Do you usually split a large automation into several smaller tasks, or keep everything inside one main task? I’m also interested in how you name variables and tasks so that the project remains easy to understand after several months.
Another thing I find useful is adding some form of error handling instead of assuming every action will succeed. For example, when working with files or external programs, a small unexpected problem can stop the whole workflow.
What are your best practices for keeping complex RoboTask projects organized and reliable?
I’d especially appreciate examples from people who use RoboTask for daily or business automation.
