File Monitor with timeframe

What I sometimes miss in Robotask is a File Monitor but within a certain timeperiod. Like a combination between File Monitor and scheduler. Best of both worlds. Sometimes a task is polling every minute the whole 24 hours, but I know up front it only takes place between 9 and 12 for example.
Low prio, nice to have and pure luxery, absolutely not essential. But.....I think a good addition.
