im in word pad and want to cnrtl-h to bring up the replace window.
that window always comes up greyed out.
how do i select that "replace" dialog box.
my people tell me that i cant use focus because its not a task.
suggestions?

After pressing Ctrl-H combination the Replace dialog must be already active. I recommend you to do some pause (e.g. 100 ms) after sending Ctrl-H keystroke.
