Can you start a task using runtime (which can be found in the robotask folder under programs) if robotask was previously installed?
In such a situation, where robotask has been installed previously, do you need to uninstall robotask first before installing the runtime engine?
The question has to do with the fact that I use several laptops and sometimes want to use the robotask full install to inspect a task when on location.
Is it do-able to simply enter licence key when using laptop 1 and when swithing to another one re-entering license?
I have more than one license key, does your system keeps track?
Is it possible to lock one key to the main computer where I do the most work and have the other license key dynamic?
If my question is unclear I'll try my best to better explain after reading your feedback.

Re: runtime
You can install Runtime module to any computer without license.
Read more about runtime module here: https://robotask.com/help/index.html?runtime-module.htm
To install Runtime module only with engine use command line of installer

Re: runtime
Hey Oleg,
I know that
But I want to be able to finetune some of my tasks during eventdays.
Why?
Well, because, sometimes, a task fails for reasons I did not anticipate, and I want to be able to quickly check and correct stuff.
My questions are:
Can I transfer the licenses to the laptops I'm using at any given time?
And transfer them back to my main machine.
Example:
I encounter a problem while working offsite.
I enter the license code and can correct whatever is going wrong.
For the rest of that day i run the task from the main robotask application.
When back in my office I transfer the license back to my main machine.
Next time I use runtime engine on my laptop on location.
I guess running robotask main app and having runtime installed is no problem?

No problem. You can use runtime version anywhere.I guess running robotask main app and having runtime installed is no problem?
But runtime version can only run the task from command line: no editor, no triggers. no other tasks
