Can Robotask detect mouse movements?

I am trying to build a break reminder on my computer, which gets activated based on mouse movements; that is, instead of showing a break reminder every 40 minutes, it'd start counting 40 minutes only after detection of mouse movement.

Look at the On Idle trigger
it can work in reverse mode. That is, the trigger fires when the console comes out of standby mode. The trigger will be activate after the specified timeout when the user does not touch the keyboard and mouse. The trigger fires when you press any key or move mouse cursor.

In the task put the pause 40 minutes and some alert you want after pause.
