Add Dialogs position and width/height

I recommend to add to - maybe all - Dialogs and Notifications possibility to specify width/height (as in Custom Input Dialog or Show Notification) and possibility to specify position of the Dialog on the screen, at least similarly as it is in Show notification.
Reason? Sometimes default placement of dialogs in the center of screen is covering screen information necessary for the user actions and not already is practical or even possible to move the dialog by user.

An alternative (may be simpler) is to add to ALL dialogs the SAME tab as "Alert parameters" used in Notification, with default position in the center of the screen. And why not to add possibility to play sound as in "Show Message" to ALL Dialogs and notifications.
This will unify user interface.
