New Mouse Movement

Hello,
Is it possible to add a new action for Mouse Movement that tells the mouse to move to where the text cursor(the vertical line that blinks when you type text) is on the screen or a similar feature? I'm trying to create a bot that recognizes where it is by moving to that portion of the screen where the text cursor would be and move the mouse up on the Y-axis to find the column it's on or move on the X-axis to find the row # on a website that doesn't make recognizing data easy.
