I have a spreadsheet that runs functions from a third party called MarketXLS. The functions read in data on stocks etc. When I try to run a Robotask macro that opens and reads the spreadsheet, the data that is supposed to be called in by the MarketXLS functions doesn't seem to update. so Rabotask cannot read it. Why doesn't the data update in excel using the third party functions from MarketXLS when robotask opens the spreadsheet?

Just to eliminate: does Robotask reads the Excel file when you have disabled that add-in?

Robotask will read a cell in the spreadsheet that just has a number in it even with the MarketXLS add in enabled. But Robotask won't read a cell that uses a function from MarketXLS in that same spreadsheet. Somehow it seems that Robotask is disabling the function and so it reads the cell as an error.
