Mainframe FTP Command Syntax for LOCSITE

Please help me answer this question. I tried using the Mainframe FTP command
LOCSITE ASATRANS TRUE
To get rid of control characters in Column # 1 of my Mainframe report,
but keep getting error:
EZA2358W Unrecognized option 'TRUE' on locsite command.
It's an allowed command by our installation ASATRANS
FALSE = No Conversion of ASA print control characters
TRUE = Conversion
Guessing there's a way to specify parms for the ASATRANS subcommand without causing the error on LOCSITE
