Wait for web page to load?

Is it possible to put this in a loop? I tried the "CEF Wait for Done" command, but it tries to open my page in another window. I want to keep the same window in Chrome, but wait for the content to be fully loaded. I've noticed the cursor changes when the page is trying to load, but I didn't see a command for assessing the cursor. Are there other way's to do this?
