Up to now, I have been unable to start the Robotask NT service.
I use Windows Small Business Server 2003, I logged on on the local machine with an administrator account, I set up the robotask service details with the same administrator username and password, but when I shut down robotask, no service is visible in the Windows Services control panel. I dont see a green robotask icon in the system tray, only a blue one. (I guess the robotask service is named 'robotask', but I cant see it).
Can please someone help.

Unable to start NT service
Did you install RoboTask as a service? To do this, in the "Start->Programs" menu, select "RoboTask -> NT Service -> Install Service".

Are you accessing your server through terminal services?

Thank you both for your suggestions. I indeed overlooked the service installation and was accessing the server through Remote Desktop. Now it works.
