Some of the requested messages no longer exist.

We have a task set to take an attachment from an email and upload it to a FTP. Every now and again we get the following error:
"Failed execute 'ExecAction with exception: a0008 NO Some of the requested messages no longer exist.' (C:\Program Files (x86)\RoboTask\Plugins\eMail\eMail.rtp)"
This task runs twice a day and it is always the later one that has this issue. The email comes in 10 minutes before it runs. Some days it works perfectly fine; about 1/4 of the time it does not.
Any troubleshooting suggestions would greatly be appreciated!
