Timeout settings for web page information

There is no way to adjust timeout for web page plugin or internet.

Please add this feature and retry option like all download managers or add a download manager plugin.

BTW what is your recommended download managers for automated DLs?

I need a small program to DL files with URLs which is within a text file line by line as fast as posible.
