lost tray icon

I am using robotask as a service.  At the terminal (not in terminal services, I know it doesn't work there) I have lost my tray icon to restore robotask.  I have restarted robotask and it doesn't seem to come back.  I can't even see my tasks or the control panel but I know it is running.  How do I unhide the control panel?

What operating system do you use? In WindowsXP with quick user switching may be same troubles as in terminal services.
In this case RoboTask's green icon is visible in first session only.

I am using windows 2000 server.  The blue Icon comes up fine when I run the program version but the green icon is missing.  I was trying to get it to start the service as the administrator and it stopped working.  I switched it back to running as "system" and it is still missing.

after some more testing...
I uninstalled the service and then reinstalled it.  The green Icon seems to come back.  If I change the service from the service panel to run as the administrator the green icon disappears and won't come back until I reinstall the service.
The reason I want to run it as a the administrator is I have a crystal reports bursting program.  It works fine if I run it with the program version but it wont work with the service.  I need to have this program run by the service version of robotask.  I am using program version for development.

All NT services have a property "Allow service interact with desktop". If this option is turned off any service can't be visible at display.
When you install RoboTask as service this option is turned on by default. May be, you turned off this option manually at service configuration?

No, it is on.  This option only applies when you are running the service as "Local System account".  The crystal report doesn't work even with this selected.  That is why I was trying to use another log on.
Is there a line command to unhide robotask?

If you select "Logon this account" any service application can't be visible too. It's property of Windows.

Any idea how I could get my crystal report to run under another user other than the Localsystem account?
