How can I get batch stdout and stderr when I run program ?

I try with parameter
1>LogStdout.txt
2>LogStderr.txt

But it doesn't work

Is it exist a workaround ?
(without call a .bat file which laucnh the .exe file with
parameters 1> and 2> )

My suggestion in action screen


But to make it works, I think it's a little bit difficult
