Tools menu options are unclear

The two options under the Tools menu are confusing.
Enable All Tasks in List
Disable All Tasks in List
If I select "Enable All Tasks in List" it actually only enables tasks in the current folder not in the entire list of tasks in all folders.
Maybe it should say "Enable All Tasks in Folder" or "Enable All Tasks in current folder"
