Bulk Edit all Delays in Recorded Task

When I record a macro, I would like to be able to set all the delays between actions to the same number of milliseconds.

You can record macro without pauses. You can turn off this in MacroRecorder settings (see Use real pauses... option).
Then you can set the pause between steps for entire task. Open task editor and go to Settings tab. Then use the option Pause between steps option. The default value is 0. You can set your own value.
