I think it would be interesting to create a custom permissioning per user in robotask. Example:

User X: Tasks Read Access
User Y: Full Access

Thinking of this, whenever a user makes a change in a task and save this change could appear in the log of Robotask, the name of the user who made the change and the change made.

By default each user has his own set of tasks.
Task's folder is in user profile by default.

Yes Yes. I am referring to the traceability of changes made in service mode.
I think it would be interesting when a user connected via the network in the service changed a task, appeared in the log of the user who changed the robotask and which step changed.
See that it's just a suggestion, and although it makes our life easier in the corporation I'm part of, I do not know if it's viable for the Robotask project.
