Licensing questions

Hi There,
My scenario is that I'm a support person at a US public school. I have a laptop that is assigned to me by the school district. It is only used by me, so I don't need the server/client/whatever features. Given that public schools are not-for-profit organizations, and this is my "personal" work computer--am I okay to have a "Personal" license of RoboTask, or must I purchase a "Business" license?
Also, is it difficult to transfer my copy to another laptop? I mean a situation where my old laptop gets re-imaged (wiped) and I'm assigned a new laptop, so that there is only one computer with RoboTask at any given time.
