Hi All,
It has been driving me crazy for a couple of months that one of my nightly tasks will just stop. Then I kick it off again and it goes ok for a few weeks and then stops again.
Finally determined it is when we are doing server patching! Each time that happens, we reboot the server. I usually don't realize until a few days later that Robotask isn't running.
Is there a way to run it as a service to start up on Reboot?
Thanks!
Kerry
Robotask Service for Server Reboots
Re: Robotask Service for Server Reboots
Yes of course you can setup RoboTask as system service.
How to do this: https://robotask.com/help/index.php?ins ... unning.htm
Service vs Application: https://robotask.com/help/index.php?ser ... cation.htm
How to access RoboTask Service (use 2-nd way): https://robotask.com/help/index.php?how ... ervice.htm
Pay attention that RoboTask service has separate set of tasks. You have to import or create necessary tasks for RoboTask service
