Global variables in a configuration file
Hi Oleg, We are using RoboTask in multiple machines. The fact that the configuration of RoboTask is mostly saved in the Windows Registry is not ideal, as opposed to having it in .ini files. But if there is anything you could change in the future in this aspect, we would definitely appreciate the glo...

Filter log (at least errors)
Hi Oleg, It would be great if we could filter the log (the output to the RT console) to show only errors. To the best of my knowledge, RoboTask logging does not support levels such as ERROR, WARN, INFO, DEBUG, USER_MESSAGE... that would be also very helpful. Then the filtering would be even better t...

Undo button (Ctrl + Z)
Hi Oleg,
It would be great if could have an undo butto (Ctril + Z).
I am sure that I am not the only one that deleted by accident a Task where one has been working for many hours... (yes, we do backup our tasks, but this happened before the backup kicked in).
Kind regards,
Juanlu.

RoboTask UI: select columns to be displayed in main panel
Hi Oleg, It would be great if we could define in the settings which columns should be displayed in the main Tasks panel. For example, I would like to see the TaskExternalName in my list of Tasks. Other column could be next scheduled execution, etc. You can think of this like the regular file explore...

RoboTask UI: define hotkeys
Hi Oleg, It would be great if we could define as part of the settings our own hotkeys/shortcuts mapping. Just to give you some examples: - I would personally have to different hotkeys for clearing a log and deleting a task (yep, it happened to me, and there is no "undo" button). - There ar...

Re: Powershell
+1
We have JS and VB. PS is THE chosen scripting language by Microsoft over VB (JS/nodeJS is another story).
This could even be a really cool plugin of its own which could grow and grow in future releases. In any case, having an action as part of the Scripts plugin would also be ok.

True.
A hotkey would be great, though. The global variables window is probably one of the most used in RoboTask...

Re: Backup your tasks
N.B.: don't forget about global variables. Global variables (user global variables) are not saved in tsk files, but in the windows registry (not ideal, but that's another story). That means, if you export and import a task that uses global vars, make sure that those global variable exist in the targ...
