At the moment, there is no actions to download messages from the newsgroups. Perhaps we'll add them in the future.

"RoboTask-desktop" and "RoboTask-service" can be running simultaneously and they use different task folders. In the RoboTask-service (green icon in the tray), select the "Options | Settings" in the main menu, and specify the same folder that is used in RoboTask-desktop ...

In order to run RoboTask as a service, in the RoboTask's program group, click NT Service->Install Service, then click NT Service->Run Service.

If a computer is in standby mode, none application can be running properly, i.e. they are simply "sleeping", and RoboTask is not an exception.

Execute new files in folders
You can do that - in the File Monitor settings, click the Save Changes tab and select the corresponding option. Then, in the List File Name edit box, specify for example {TempDir}\MyNewFiles.txt. You can download the sample task here and import it to the RoboTask.
