Since the file list may be too big (a few megabytes), I think it's not a good idea to save it in memory.
Why you don't like "additional" files? BTW, you can specify {TempDir}\ListOfNewFiles.txt and the list file will be created in the temporary folder.

Even if you set the poll interval at 600 seconds, RoboTask will be able to catch and not miss any of the new or changed files. The sample task above monitors not only the C:\Temp\Src folder but its subfolders as well. I apologize, just noticed a "bug" in the task above: please open the imp...

Doable except preserving directory structure. But we'll add such feature in the next version. I've created the sample task for you:
