Re: Load Balancing

Yes, I think it would be great to have some native Robotask limiter so you do not run more than x tasks simultaneously.
In our case we have more than 700 tasks with countless steps divided into several servers. And those that contain more than 100 tasks have been suffering a lot with slowness.

To be more direct, lockups and slows occur by the number of tasks

Load Balancing

Hello, Oleg.

In our environment we have a multitude of tasks on various servers. Some of these servers have been extremely slow and sometimes crashes in the Robotask service.
With this in mind, I wonder if it is possible to do some form of Load Balance with Robotask?

Confirmation start task.

Hello, Oleg

We use the send + listener command between different networks to start tasks remotely. With this in mind, you would like to know if there is any way to put the result of the start task into a variable.

Re: Check File Error

In our environment, after uploading a file to an ftp client, we used the check to verify that the file was uploaded correctly. The first time the routine rotates. No error occurs, however, the second time we run it this error happens, and things only return to normal after we exclude the check and c...

Re: Hide SFTP password

Is there any way to hide the FTP, SFTP, and SSLFTP password? No. The task and task editor should decode passwords for its work. But you can lock task editors at all. Menu Task->Lock Task Editor You should enter some unlock password . Next, RoboTask locks all editors. To unlock editor you have to en...

Great software

Simple, intuitive and functional. If you have a summary that can be made of this software called Robotask, this is certainly this one. Robotask is a pleasant surprise in our company, considering its low cost of acquisition linked to its functionality. I thank and congratulate the Robotask team for t...

Re: Custom Permission

By default each user has his own set of tasks. Task's folder is in user profile by default. Yes Yes. I am referring to the traceability of changes made in service mode. I think it would be interesting when a user connected via the network in the service changed a task, appeared in the log of the us...

Custom Permission

Hello, Oleg. I think it would be interesting to create a custom permissioning per user in robotask. Example: User X: Tasks Read Access User Y: Full Access Thinking of this, whenever a user makes a change in a task and save this change could appear in the log of Robotask, the name of the user who mad...
