I set Robotask to update manually but obvously there's a bug and it always resets itself to automatic update.

I think I stumbled upon the solution: just copy the icon in the StartUp follder (found here: "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Start Menu\Programs\Startup". It runs without any problem.

In case someone is interested in a backup of this type, I think I found a workaround with WinRAR:



The only issue is that I was not able to find out exactly where WinRAR stores archive presets (called "profiles" in this program) so as to start them as file by Robotask.

I had in mind something different than RoboTask opening the files. I mean this: suppose I have opened a file and I am editing it (a text document for instance). A macro to copy the file from its folder to another one (or a macro to synchronise both folders) gets started while I am editing it. Which ...
