Help creating 7 action task

I need assistance in creating one task with 7 sub tasks.The task will run on a nightly basis and complete the following:1:  Check to see when files arrive in a directory2:  Verify all files present 3:  Zip all files4:  Encrypt all files5:  FTP encrypted zip file6:  Create new sub directory with date7:  Move all files to new sub directoryI have created tasks using the open program function for the encrypt and zip files.  I am using gpg for command line encryption and 7zip for command line encryption.Thank you in advance for any help.
