SFTP File Loop error

I'm trying to use the SSL FTP file loop and am getting an error.
What i'm trying to do is download all the files in the directory.
I've copied what you've previously shown using a normal "FTP Loop" using the SSH FTP commands.
Logging in is fine. The Change directory function says it works.
But when i try the FTP Loop command it gives me this as the error output
Failed execute 'ExecAction with exception: 500 Command not understood.' (C:\Program Files (x86)\RoboTask\Plugins\SSLFTP\SSLFTPService.rtp)
