RoboTask Loop

Hello,
I have this page that receives multiple links from people. I want to be able to do the following:
- Refresh the page every 20 seconds
- Copy the link that shows up (I circled it in the screenshot)
- If the link that was received already came from that same IP address Then keep refreshing the page every 20 seconds until I receive another link from a new IP address
I hope you guys could help me out.
