I know robotask can run tasks when a tray icons appears but some programs like offline downloder which is most popular software for downloading websites don't have a pop-up with static title or caption so I need a way to read the title of pop-ups and the body of pop-ups which appears when a task completed in some programs.

I hope to see enhanced features for tray icon trigger very soon.
